Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Dispatched orders cannot be canceled.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Returns and Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Eligibility requires:

  • Notification within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product in unused condition, original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

  • E-mail: genidiasleathersbags@gmail.com  with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and provide next steps.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • Timelines may vary by bank or payment gateway.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, quality, or customization reasons:

  • Used or damaged products (unless damage is our fault).

  • Customized or personalized orders.

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective or damaged upon receipt).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
