We take great care in crafting and delivering quality leather products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund, return, or cancellation.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please email us at genidiasleathersbags@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Returns and Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
To be eligible:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges and COD (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at genidiasleathersbags@gmail.com.
Provide photos of the damaged item and outer packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our review.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned period:
